Individual therapy

A one-on-one session to talk about any and everything you are stressing or struggling with. An opportunity to actively understand yourself and identify what you need different for your wellness.

Couples therapy

A private session to discuss topics of interest, struggle or strain for couple and family wellness. Effective dialogue allows two world views to rekindle and/or affirm decisions.

Group Therapy

Because humans learn differently group sessions are available. Learning happens in groups of 2-up to 12 people. Topics vary from DBT groups, mindfulness, and WRAP wellness.
